Zampa Partners is looking for a Audit Senior to join our team:&nbsp;

The chosen candidate will be:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Responsible for statutory audits of medium to large companies from planning to completion stages, including reporting and presenting findings to client.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Preparing the financial statements in conformity with relevant accounting framework and completion documents, including reporting to those charged with governance as applicable (e.g., management letter).</li>
<li>Responsible fir on the job supervision and coaching of audit associates.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assisting with induction of audit associates.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assisting with on-the-job training of audit associates.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assisting with other audit related projects.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

The ideal candidate will have:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>A University degree / ACCA qualified, 2-3 years’ work experience.&nbsp;</li>
<li>The Ability to learn fast, deliver quality work under pressure and has an analytical mind with problem solving approach.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken are necessary for this role.&nbsp;</li>
<li>The competence in the use of standard office tools.&nbsp;</li>
<li>The ability to work on own initiative, is able to prioritise own work and meet deadlines.&nbsp;</li>

Audit Senior

Zampa Partners, a business advisory firm is seeking to recruit an Accounting Senior to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Accounting services, liaising with clients and handling various requests in a timely manner.
<ul>
<li>Supervision and coaching of junior accountants, including review of their deliverables.</li>
<li>Responsible for planning of deliverables of client portfolio, can work on own initiative, prioritise own work and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Report to management with portfolio updates and assist in monitoring team economics.</li>
<li>Preparation of accountancy files for audit and liaising with client auditors.</li>
<li>Preparation of management accounts in accordance with relevant accounting frameworks.</li>
<li>Assistance with presenting management accounts to clients.</li>
<li>Preparation and submission of clients’ VAT Returns and Recap Declarations.</li>
</ul>

Education, Skillsets and Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Candidates must be fully qualified accountants.</li>
<li>Candidates must have a minimum of three years of local work experience in a similar role.</li>
<li>Familiarity with payroll processes will be considered an asset.</li>
<li>Foundational knowledge of VAT regulations is required.</li>
<li>Applicants must have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.</li>
<li>Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams is essential.</li>
<li>Proficiency in standard office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is required.</li>
<li>Applicants must have excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.</li>
