We’re currently looking for an Internal Audit Executive to join our team.

Purpose of the Role:

To support senior internal auditors by coordinating internal audit projects, preparing documentation, structuring audit materials, and assisting with day-to-day activities. The role also involves preparing status reports and learning to use AI-based tools to enhance efficiency.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as a project coordinator for internal audit engagements.
  • Gather, organize, and maintain audit documentation.
  • Support senior auditors in planning and execution of audits.
  • Prepare and update status reports for ongoing projects.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to audits.
  • Learn and apply AI-based tools to streamline processes.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Previous experience or familiarity with using Scoro.
  • Previous experience using Microsoft 365 with Copilot. 
  • No specific degree required; strong organizational and coordination mindset is essential.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Background in project coordination or business analysis is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with digital collaboration platforms.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Timely completion of assigned tasks and audit preparation activities.
  • Accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Effective communication and coordination with senior auditors.
  • Proactive adoption of AI-based tools for process improvement.
  • Adherence to local regulatory requirements and IIA Standards.
