We’re currently looking for an Operations Senior Team Leader to join our team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and coordinating operational projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery of objectives, including the successful implementation and ongoing optimisation of Scoro.
- Developing and streamlining internal processes to enhance productivity, consistency, and overall operational efficiency.
- Overseeing the preparation and analysis of operational and performance reports to support data-driven decision making.
- Managing and approving fee proposal processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company standards.
- Providing regular status updates and strategic insights on proposals and operations to senior management and partners.
- Managing and continuously improving the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to the development and implementation of new operational policies and procedures.
- Overseeing office management and premises operations, including front office functions and overall workplace efficiency.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the operations team to ensure high performance, professional growth, and effective collaboration.
- Managing ad hoc operational projects, administrative tasks, and cross-departmental initiatives as required.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of office management systems, workflows, and operational best practices.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional time management and prioritisation abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organised with strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with operational tools such as Scoro (or similar platforms).
