Key Responsibilities
- Managing appointments, meetings, and calendars.
- Preparing meeting minutes and maintaining accurate records.
- Organising and maintaining filing and document management systems.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assisting with client onboarding, including the preparation and collection of required documentation.
- Maintaining and updating client records and databases.
- Performing basic bookkeeping duties, including invoice preparation and processing.
- Assisting with administrative filings and correspondence with relevant authorities.
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must satisfy one of the following:
- MQF Level 6 qualification in a relevant field; or
- MQF Level 5 qualification in a relevant field and at least 2 (two) years' experience in an office environment; or
- Demonstrate the skills, experience, and attitude required to make a positive contribution to our team.
